Day 1: Arriving Hanoi – Airport pick-up (HBRTH night 1) (Meals: none)

Our driver will stand out at the ARRIVAL HALL and show the board sign of your name as:

Please follow our driver and he will take you directly to our hotel, the payment will be settled at the hotel by cashes USD/ VND or credit cards upon check – out. In the urgent, if you did not see our driver, delay for flight more than 30 minutes or take a long time for visa process please kindly call us at: +84 243 6340 666.

Notice: our driver will never collect the money from guest directly.

We will design for your day 01 and day 05 in addition as it related to your Flight schedule. If you have various time, we will guide you for the place sightseeing around Hanoi or make something special for sightseeing in for these days. Let share with us for open subject.

In this package we offer free 30 minutes for Foot Massage for each member, kindly arrange your time on day 01 or day 05 to do it. Let our reception know the time you prefer to do it, we will arrange accordingly for you.

DAY 02: Hanoi – Sapa By Bus – Short trek to Cat Cat Village. (Meals: B, L, D) Trekking level: 4/10 7KM trekking, 3Km from Hotel to Cat Cat village and the way back to Sapa.
07.30	Pick up from Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel lobby, get on the bus – option modern bus and Limousine depart to Sapa.
09.30	Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break
11.00	Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa.
13.00	Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. Welcome drink and itinerary briefing. Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures.
14.30	A short drive to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon. Trekking distance is about 2.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours.
17.00	Come back to Sapa Town. Have dinner and overnight in hotel with night activities.

DAY 03: Long Trek Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai – Tavan – Bus back to Hanoi (Meals: B, L) Trekking level: 7/10 09 Km trekking, 8Km driving from Tavan village back to Sapa and Tourist bus to Lao Cai Station.
07.00 – 08.00	Have breakfast at the hotel, check out the room and prepare the light pack for trekking. (Big luggage keeps in hotel store)
08.00	A short drive to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain after that heading to Ta Van village - home of Dzay ethnic people. Trekking distance is about 9kms and it lasts for 3.5 hours.
11.30	Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.
12.30 - 13.30	Have lunch in the hotel.
13.30 - 14.45	Relax and leisure on your own, have shower in the public bathroom in the hotel if you want.
14.45 - 15.00	Meet all group members at hotel to get ready for Hanoi.
15.00	Get on bus to go back to Hanoi with two comfort breaks.
21.30	Arrived at Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel.

DAY 04: Hanoi – Halong bay one day trip (Meals: B, L) Halong Bay beauty with thousands of islands Heavenly Palace Grotto Landscape of the countryside
08:00	Our tour guide will pick up you from Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel and we will drive 3-3.30 hours to get to Halong Bay (Tuan Chau Harbor - the biggest Harbor in Halong Bay). You will enjoy the beauty of rice fields with busy farmer working using Vietnam traditional methods of cultivation on the way. (We have a break 30 minute in the middle)
12:30	Start cruising among limestone islands and photograph of stunning landscapes of Halong
13:00	Savor your lunch on board while passing by beautiful Stone Dog, Incense Burner Islet
14:00	Stop at a fishing village to see local fish-men community and know more about their life. Cruising further to take photos of Halong Bay symbol, a “Fighting cock” rock
15:00	Visit Thien Cung “Heavenly Palace” cave, the most beautiful in Halong Bay. Get back and cruise more around emerald water.
16:15	We will come back Harbor around 4 PM and we will stop at a break in the middle of the way. You have chance to go to rest room or have a drink. Arriving at about 8.00 - 8.30 pm, we drop you off at your Hotel. Finish the unforgettable Halong Bay full day Trip.
20:00	Arrive back at Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel. Tour ends.

DAY 05: Shopping day – Free foot Massage – See off to airport (Meals: B)
FREE DAY	It’s a free leisure shopping day – Base on your flight schedule, we will guide you how to spend your last day in Hanoi. We would love to take some pictures with you for our memories before our car arrives to send you back to the airport.

ü In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:

ü The cancellation more than 07 days in advance of our service: 0%

ü The cancellation from 05 to 07 days in advance of our service: 30% of the total price

ü The cancellation from 03 days to 05 days in advance of our service: 50% of the total price

ü The cancellation within 03 days, we will charge you as 100% of total price.

Children's Policy:

ü Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing room with parent.

ü Children from 4 to 6 years old are charged 50%, sharing room with parents.

ü Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75%, sharing room with parents.

ü Children from 9 years old will be charged 100% of adult price and have single bed in a shared room.
