Please follow our driver and he will take you directly to our hotel, the payment is settled at hotel by cashes USD/ VND or credit cards upon check – out. Notice: our driver will never collect the money from guest directly.

We will design for your day 01 and day 04 in addition as it related to your Flight Schedule. If you have various time, we will guide you for the place sightseeing around Hanoi or make something special for sightseeing in for these days. Let share with us for an open subject.

In this package, we offer free 30 minutes for Foot Massage for each member on day 3 to do it. Kindly advise our reception the time you prefer to do it. We will arrange accordingly for you.

Cancellation policy:

ü In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:

ü The cancellation more than 07 days in advance of our service: 0%

ü The cancellation from 05 to 07 days in advance of our service: 30% of the total price

ü The cancellation from 03 days to 05 days in advance of our service: 50% of the total price

ü The cancellation within 03 days, we will charge you as 100% of total price.

Children's Policy:

ü Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing room with parent.

ü Children from 4 to 6 years old are charged 50%, sharing room with parents.

ü Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75%, sharing room with parents.

ü Children from 9 years old will be charged 100% of adult price and have single bed in a shared room.

Payment & Amendments:

30% of the total service reserved. The rest of payment will be settle directly at hotel upon check in.
